Guess where I am?
Jarod completed his undergraduate degree at Cleveland State University. He is a local playwright and recently had a reading of his play Kite Lines Cross. Jarod will also have a reading of his stage adaptation of Sherwood Anderson’s Winesburg Ohio in April. Youngstown State’s online literary magazine featured Jarod’s poem (Lucky, I Guess) in their 2010 Fall issue. Jarod is on-schedule to graduate next Spring with his thesis being performed at next year’s NEOMFA Playwright Festival at CPT. Jarod notes that playwriting hasn’t always been in his life; he began writing short fiction and his love of dialogue transferred his efforts to the stage.
