Parsons is the author of Fire Dance, currently featured at Cleveland Public Theatre in the NEOMFA Festival. Fire Dance is Parson’s fifth full-length play, following 29 Bells, Homeland, Chasing Ozymandias, and White Russian. The latter two debuted at the Curtain Players Playwrights Festival in Columbus, while 29 Bells was staged in November by Theatre Daedalus. In addition to his full-length plays, Michael has written over thirty ten-minute plays and one-acts, and his work has been performed in various theaters from Alaska to Maine, California to Ohio.
