Mike Geither has collaborated with Cleveland Public Theatre, Curious Theatre, and Theatre Labyrinth, and many more as a writer and performer on several productions, including The Warbling Carousel. His solo performances include A Field Guide to Midwestern Charms and Curses, The Fall Liturgy and Arthur 33. His play, The Stars Fell All Night was staged at CPT after winning a spot in the 2005 Bay Area Playwrights Festival and his play Living Tall was called, “One of the outstanding theatre experiences of 2007″ by Linda Eisenstein of Cool Cleveland. Mike is a member of the Cleveland Playhouse’s Playwrights Unit and an Assistant Professor at Cleveland State University. He has been twice selected as a Fellow in Performance Art by the Ohio Arts Council and served as Playwright in Residence at Cleveland Public Theatre. Mike holds an MFA in playwriting from the University of Iowa.
